Items

Items are consumables or they can have a different usage. Each item can be acquired through many different ways, however it depends on what type of item is the item (regular, upgraded, terminal).

Regular Items

Regular Items are the most basic items in zoo that are obtained through rescues, goals and quests. These regular items have a Quality statistic assigned to them, when you rescue with Luck, higher quality items have a higher chance of appearing. Without any luck, all items have the same chance of being obtained, no matter the quality of the item.

Upgraded Items

Upgraded items are special variants of regular items that have its own effects. Upgraded items are usually found in the mechanic shop and through some goals. Mechanic Cap allows you to upgrade items even if the upgraded item is not in the rotation. However it comes at the cost of 50% more time to upgrade.

There are secret upgraded items that are only available through the Mechanic Cap relic, if you attempt to upgrade an item again that has a secret upgrade attached to it or an item that isn't in the mechanic rotation, but can be upgraded through mechanic cap.

Other Items

Other items are items that are obtainable through unusual means, or cannot be obtained at all. Some items can be obtained through the terminal, some are related to different kinds of commands like fusion commands or the fishy command.

	Ethereum	A crystal that's worth whatever people want it to be. Seems like it crashed over night. 	Kidney	Donate one and you're a hero, donate ten and you're a criminal	—	Added for the April Fools 2022 event. Could be sold for 65 ethereum and can be obtained through the developer giving it out to people. This item does not exist anymore.
