Effects
Randomly reduces each rescue cooldown by 5-25 minutes, plus an additional four minutes for each point of luck.

Upon rescuing, a random number between 5 and 25 is rolled. is added to this number[1], and the player's rescue cooldown is reduced by minutes.
Strategy
At 2 luck or less, Juice Box's per-rescue cooldown reduction is higher than Bubble Tea's on average.
