Animals

Animals are a primary part of zoo and increasing your animal count is arguably the goal of Zoo overall. You can rescue a common animal (or rarely a pair of animals) using /rescue every 6 hours, being one of the most consistent and easy ways to obtain animals.

Being one of the main elements of Zoo, a lot of other mechanics revolve around or involve animals to some degree. Leaders, for example, can only be attracted by amassing large quantities of animals.

Every animal is tallied up into a number called the zoo score. The zoo score can affect leaders & cosmetics, but also can unlock various commands like /shop or /terminal.

Common Animals

Common animals are the core part of zoo, they can be viewed with the /animals command or usually the $zoo list terminal command. Each common animal has stats that usually affect rescues like Types, Favorite Leader, Tags etc.. But common animals also have unique comments that can even be picked from a list of comments. One common animal is worth 1 zoo score.

Rare Animals

Rare Animals are obtained by exchanging 5 of the same common animal, which also means that rare animals are each worth 5 zoo score.
