Visible Confusion is a cosmetic.

Obtaining

To obtain Visual Confusion, a rescue with Cursed Dice must fail while either a Curse of Blindness is active or the Blindfold cosmetic is equipped. When obtained, the following text is shown after the Cursed Dice fail message:

Or at least, that's what you think happened. You can't really see.

Effects

Who cares what gets rescued, all animals look the same anyways.

Randomizes flavor text in these scenarios:

Rescuing a common animal
Exchanging for a rare animal
In the footer of item embeds
In the footer of cosmetic embeds
- Trophies' flavor text is unaffected.^[1]
When equipping a relic

Flavor text in embed footers is preceded by a 💫 (dizzy) emoji.

Flavor text is only chosen from the appropriate “pool”, such that e.g. exchange quotes cannot be displayed when rescuing an animal. Trophies are excluded when choosing flavor text for a cosmetic.^[1]

The 😵‍💫 emoji is displayed next to the player's name in most commands and when trading. Embed footers, which don't allow certain emojis, display the 💫 emoji instead.
