Disco Ball is a cosmetic. It is a copy of the Artist Pallete cosmetic, which is only obtainable by contributing to Robotop or Zoo Bot in Reddits r/place events.

Obtaining

Disco Ball is obtained by using a Paintbrush and typing rainbow into the prompt. The terminal file /dev/rgb/rgb.txt hints at this.

Effects

A ball of pure hype that randomizes the embed color for most menus.

The 🎶 emoji is displayed next to the player's name in most commands, in embed footers and when trading. All menus that normally use the player's zoo color will have their color randomized. A new color gets picked every time the menu is opened.

When a menu's content changes (e.g. by flipping through the pages), the color is randomized again.

There are 27 possible colors. The palette is based on the one used on Reddit during the r/place event held in 2022, but missing white, light grey, grey, dark grey, and black.
