Effects

Greatly increases the chance of finding items, but raises your rescue cooldown by 1 hour when you get one.

Increases the item roll per rescue by 15. Without any other increases, it doubles the item chance for all luck values. When an item is dropped, your rescue cooldown is increased by 1 hour.
