Obtaining edit
Taco Shell is obtained when eating a food item after reaching a total of 100 hours of cooldown reduction from "regular" food items. The terminal file /users/Colon/Documents/Snacks/taco.txt hints at this.
Obtaining Taco Shell unlocks the Hot Dog Stand profile theme.
Effects edit
No matter how many times you eat this taco, the shell grows back. Obtained by consuming 100 hours worth of regular food items.

When equipped, eating a food item will show the Taco Shell emoji beside the food's, and prompts special text:
